STEM/IT is no different. Hard skills are measurable, easy to understand, and straightforward to add to a resume. While Soft Skills are always seen as something one has... because. Something a person must posses by a default. That’s why many candidates don’t get an offer after a technically successful interview, or the company loses out on a potential hire. In this presentation, Kseniia will highlight the importance of Soft Skills for both applicants and companies.
