RIO Social Dance School

RIO Social Dance School is a social dance studio focused primarily on bachata, salsa and kizomba. In addition to regular dance classes, the venue hosts open lessons, workshops, dance practice sessions and themed social parties. Its event programme includes activities for both beginners and more experienced dancers, as well as classes dedicated to particular techniques and styles. RIO is also involved in the local social dance community and organises events outside the studio, including dance parties and festival projects. The current studio is located inside the Metropol shopping centre at 340 Frunze Street, an address listed by 2GIS and confirmed by the school's 2026 publications. Visitors should check the location stated in each event announcement, as some RIO parties and other activities take place at different venues around the city. The RIO Social Dance School event listings on bishkek.events cover workshops, parties and other dance events.
