Russian House is a cultural and educational venue associated with the Russian Centre for Science and Culture and the Rossotrudnichestvo representation in Kyrgyzstan. Its programme focuses on culture, the Russian language, education, literature, history and humanitarian cooperation. Events include concerts and lecture-concerts, exhibitions, literary and musical gatherings, film screenings followed by discussions, workshops, intellectual programmes, presentations of study opportunities and meetings for prospective students. Russian House also takes part in city cultural projects, with some activities extending to the adjacent Erkindik Boulevard. The venue is located at 2/1 Erkindik Boulevard, close to Bishkek II railway station and Privokzalny Square.
